What culture has yet to undergo any/some form of change since its inception? Realities of change and changing eras tend to produce nostalgia and amnesia in living persons. Those who are around now often decry the status of things, believing that the age of yore is past. For example, it is highly likely that one white man is unhappy somewhere that slavery is over.
